HRDF Claimable

Descriptions

i. Requirements:

a) Your company must be registered with the HRDC Fund.

b) This camping package must include 50% indoor training courses and 50% outdoor activities.

c) A minimum of four people is required.

ii. Notes:

a) One trainer for every 4-50 participants.

b) HRDF trainer fee: RM10 000 per trainer per day (payment trainer will claim directly with HRDC). - Starting on 1/1/2025

iii. Claimable Amount:

Distance between company address and campsite within 100km:

a) Up to RM250 per person per day

b) Up to RM500 per person for a two-day, one-night trip

Distance between company address and campsite beyond 101km:

Up to RM500 per person per day

Up to RM1000 per person for a two-day, one-night trip

iv. Documentation Process:

a) We will provide your company with a proposal, which your company submits to HRFC for approval.

b) Upon HRFC approval, congratulations! 🎉 You can start scheduling the camping dates.

c) After the trip, both the trainer and your company submit simple documents to HRDC for reimbursement.

We Recommend Carpool

Our road is not accessible by bus. We have to use a lorry to pick up in Gopeng town. Distance from the meeting point to our campsite is around 6km with approximately 20minutes drive. There will be a transfer charge of RM20 per pax for a round trip.
